11 inch city Off Road Tires Tubeless Vacuum Inflatable Tyres for Dualtron Thunder/Storm/Zero 11X

 

Main points before buying:

* Parameters of outer tire:
10 inches/255*90 mm(90/65-6.5),
outer diameter: 10 inches/255mm,
inner diameter: 6.5 inches/165mm,
width: 90mm.

* Actually, these tires are 10 inches model, but we call them 11 inches model, because these tires are incompatible with all of 10-inches-scooters, only fit for Zero 11X/Speedual Plus, Dualtron Ultra ect, all the factories define these scooters as
11-inches-scooters.

* Parameters of inner tube: 90/65-6.5, valve degree: 90°. weight: 156g. The inner tube is universal for both of 2 models outer tire. if you don't put the tube into the tire, when you pump air into the tube, it would be deformed, it's not quality defect, just uneven, every tube would perform like this.

*Some people called it a vacuum tire, it's not ture, actually it's pneumatic tire or inflatable tire, but tubeless. if you have a
Dualtron Thunder, you just need to buy outer tire, if you have a Speedual Plus, you have to use it collocating with inner tube.

Tyre C is a "tube tire". It needs to be used with the inner tube. It cannot be used as a "tubeless" tire.

*Maybe some other 11-inches scooters can equip this tire too, please check the hub and the marks on original tires. What's more important, you need to check the suspension arms and the fenders, to make sure the space is enough for accommodating this wider tire.

*The parameters of outer tire is 90/65-6.5, max load 189kg at 350kpa(50psi). the parameters of inner tube is 90/65-6.5 or
100/65-6.5, actually both of these 2 inner tubes are universal.

*The wheel hub for tubeless is not separable such as Dualtron Thunder, so it's very hard to install the tires. installation
requires strong screwdrivers and metal crowbars, which will definitely scratch the hub ring. furthermore, you need be skillful and powerful, If you worry about that, please consider seriously before purchasing.

*Inflating for tubeless tire is not easy too, you need to make the tire's rim press the wheel hub tightly, or you would never pump air into the tire fully.

*The price do not include customs and ship and taxes. There is a certain ratio that the goods will be checked by the customs, if your package is checked, you need to pay the customs by youself. I don't know the specific customs tariff standard. You need to ask about the customs agency of your country.

Q: What is your MOQ and can I order some samples to check your product quality at first?
A:Samples can be sent for your evaluation, please tell us the model number you are interested in, the qty for each model needed and your detailed address to receive products so that we can we make PI for you soon.
Q: How about your packages? Can we put our logo or print on the packages?
A: Our regular packages are neutral blister packing without logos, OEM/ODM are welcome in our factory, so we can print on your logo or print by silk printing, etc. For further details, please send us an inquiry.
Q: What is your payment terms and how can I place an order?
A:We can receive payment via TT, Paypal, Western union, money gram,etc. For mass production, 30% deposit to confirm the order, and 70% payment to be paid before shipment.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: For samples, it could be 1-2 days to prepare them. And for OEM mass production, it may take 7-10 days depending on your order qty and our production schedule. For ODM orders, please send us inquiry indicating your ideas and requirement so that we can talk in details.
