Q1. Can I order a sample to check the quality? A：Yes of course! You can order one or a few set sample to check the quality. And one set sample cost can be refunded in your next bulk order if the products satisfy the condition.
Q2. How about your lead time? A：For samples, it could be 1-3 days to prepare them. And for OEM mass production, it may take 7-10 days depending on your order qty and our production schedule. For ODM orders, please send us inquiry indicating your ideas and requirement so that we can talk in details.
Q3. Can we print our own logo on products and packaging? How many options are there? A：We can print your LOGO on the product and customize the packaging. Different products have different MOQ. If the quantity is small, we can use the logo sticker on the package (for details, please send an inquiry).
Q4. Will the product be damaged/scratched during transportation? like folding pole, motor, fender. :A：Don’t worry, we will pack them well before shipment, like folding pole and motor, pack them in boxe, and the fenders are packed in bubble bags.
Q5. If I need to repair locally, what should I do if I encounter a problem? A：We can provide you with a video or photo repair program, whether you are selling online or repairing locally, we can provide technical assistance.
